As part of Indian mythology and art, deities are often depicted through the use of a sacred image or statue called a murti, which is a sacred image. As well as these murtis, there are also other symbols such as nature elements and aniconic symbols that represent various deities and their attributes through these murtis. There is also a concept in Hinduism referred to as the Trimurti, which represents Brahma (the Creator), Vishnu (the Preserver), and Shiva (the Destroyer), each of whom has a distinctive visual representation.
